BELLINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Bellingham City Council
will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 24, 2020 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, in a
remote meeting, to take public comment on the following:
Consideration of a draft resolution to add the
Residential Multi (RM) project to the list of 2019-2020 Comprehensive Plan
amendments (“the docket”). The project is anticipated to include additional
analysis on the following four components: 1) Establishing a simplified ranged
zoning system for all RM zones, 2) Developing a density bonus system for
projects in RM zones, 3) Allowing all Infill Housing Toolkit forms in all RM
zones, and 4) Setting minimum densities in certain or all RM zones.
